- Cancellation Policy
- Deposits refundable less a $100 cancellation fee up to 60 days before check-in
- Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM & Check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Late Check-out
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM. When available, a late check-out may be allowed on the following basis:
- Check-out between 10:00 AM and 12 noon - $50.00
- Check-out 12 noon to 3PM - $100.00
- Check-out after 3PM - 1 Additional Night
- Late check-out may not always be available and MUST be pre-approved
- Deposits
- 25 percent deposit required to hold reservation
- An additional 25 percent is due 60 days prior to occupancy
- The balance due 20 days prior to occupancy
